“Almost like a religion”:

‘Moral values,’ we are told, were the key to the Republican victories on election day. The GOP mobilized ‘values voters’ — especially in the red states, especially in the Bible Belt.

And no Bible-Belt state is redder than Alabama.

Well, on a county-by-county basis, Oklahoma and Nebraska are redder.

For those who celebrate, happy Thanksgiving. It’s actually 34 minutes past Thanksgiving day now, but I just now realized that my Aunt and Uncle’s house has wifi. I never even considered it a possiblity, because they are not very technologically literate.

So many things to be thankful for, too many to list now.
