I just realized that I never use Safari’s SnapBack. I wonder if anyone does. Somehow I doubt it.

I just noticed the “Mark Page for SnapBack” menu item and got here looking for what it was. Wasn’t sure if it was something that I installed on my system or not.
I don’t use it either. I could see where I would use it if I’d gotten into the habit. Problem is that I got used to doing that with tabs…if there’s a point where I want to get back to, I open the next link(s) in a new tab and when I’m done with that trail, I close the tab…and I’m back to the root of where I went.
I’ve noticed it on pages even though I never set snapbacks. I think it might be reading meta tags in the (X)HTML. Or not, must be set when you open a new tab.

I do the same thing, using tabs like a stack, always leaving open stuff that I want to come back to.
