hCalendar creator Update
I’ve made some updates to my hCalendar creator. The changes were optimizations to the UI and markup that should make using it more convenient for the common cases.
I’m having a problem, though, that I can’t solve. I hope one of my readers can help…
I’m using javascript to set the default start and end date based on the browser’s date. In Safari, which I’ve been using for primary development, when I hit reload all the values get set back to the default.
However, in Firefox, most of the fields remain unchanged when I hit refresh. However, the start and end month values do get changed. I can’t figure out a way to prevent this.
Any thoughts?

Hi Ryan!
Neat tool… You might be getting quite a few users sent your way from my page, in the next few days, as I am currently recommending it as the best/only option to seamlessly insert hCal data into blog entries…
Say, you wouldn’t be considering making it into a WP plugin, by any chance? It would be so nice being able to tell people to just install a plugin and start inserting hCal at the click of a mouse…
Anyway, the reason I am asking in the first place is that I just finished the first prototype of a new tool/platform called bCal…
In a nutshell, it’s an event aggregator working from blog entries and parsing hCal to generate a calendar shared by a group of bloggers. All info and details here:

I thought you might be interested since that is directly related to (and currently very dependent on) your hCal creator…
And of course, if you have any suggestions, comments, harsh criticisms, I’d love to hear them!
Once again, thanks for your work!
